Canterbury Christchurch University are pleased to confirm that they have now launched the Closing our Gap Postgraduate Research Scholarship Scheme. The aim of the scholarship is to address the underrepresentation of Black, Asian, Mixed Heritage and Other Minoritised Ethnic Communities in postgraduate research and academia.
The scholarship will be open to UK Home Students from Black, Asian, Mixed Heritage and Other Minoritised Ethnic Communities. Please note, that this scholarship is not discipline/sector specific (i.e. not only for forensic science) and it is open to all areas. Therefore, prospective students will be able to apply for the scholarship regardless of their subject area and research focus as long as they meet the criteria. However, they would need to apply as per normal and then indicate that they would like to be considered for the scholarship. Their application/proposal will need to be approved and then they will be considered for the scholarship.
The following are available:
- 4x Masters by Research (fee waiver + £500 expenditure)
