FCN is for policing, by policing, so we want to hear your views on working in forensic science in the UK today.

Our survey is now closed - thank you to everyone who showed an interest in taking part. We look forward to your responses and sharing results in the coming weeks.

Forensic science plays a vital role in protecting the public, cutting crime and enabling justice. To help police forces and the wider forensic community do this even better, the survey will ask you about topics like business change, culture, performance and motivation.

The survey lasts around 10 minutes and can be completed on any device with internet access.

It is open to people working in forensic science, not only within police forces and law enforcement agencies, but also forensic service providers, independent consultants, academia and other associated organisations.

By inviting a wide range of views, we hope to conduct one of the largest and most comprehensive surveys of the forensic community.

Combined with a series of structured interviews taking place by videoconference, your comments will help provide a national picture of the current landscape, as well as the change that forces and forensic community need to deliver, and how we can all work together to make it happen.
