Reporting to the Head of Forensic Accreditation and Standards, you will be responsible for directing operational Quality, performance, and training activities ensuring effective service delivery to a wide range of customers, including FIU (Forensic Investigation Unit) staff
As a key decision maker, you will drive forward continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring the operational performance of the team and its compliance with the Forensic Science Regulator’s Codes.
You will be working as part of a team within the Analytical Forensic Services portfolio to carry out forensic examinations, using specialist techniques to reveal and record fingerprint detail, to support the investigation of crime.
You will be responsible for delivering and maintaining compliance to forensic accreditation and standards in line with the Forensic Science Regulators Act 2021.
You will need recent and proven experience of working within Crime Scene Investigation and will have completed the CSI Stage 1 and 2 Courses or a recognised equivalent...
